Day to day description

Arrival Kilimanjaro International Airport - Arusha Town

Today you arrive directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (time and flight to be confirmed) and will be transferred to your pre-safari lodge in Arusha.

Day 1 Arusha Town - Lake Manyara National Park

Embark on an exciting safari adventure in Lake Manyara National Park, an ecosystem surrounding an alkaline lake. This small park showcases a variety of East African landscapes, including forests, plains, cliffs, and woodlands. Look out for the park's abundant wildlife, such as elephants, giraffes, hippos, and various bird species. The park is famous for its elusive tree-climbing lions, a rare sight you might encounter. After your safari, continue your journey to your hotel or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park

Embark on a journey into the heart of Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site and Tanzania’s oldest reserve, celebrated for its expansive savannah plains. Encompassing nearly 15,000 square kilometers, the park features diverse terrains such as undulating hills, rugged rock formations, and meandering river valleys, providing an iconic backdrop for African safaris. The Central Serengeti, notably the Seronera region, is famed for its rich wildlife population, where predators and prey are easily spotted year-round. Day 3 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

Traverse the renowned savannah plains, observing a variety of wildlife in their native habitats, including impressive lions and graceful giraffes. As the sun sets, head towards the captivating rim of Ngorongoro Crater for an overnight stay, where the day's memories will merge with the serene African night, ensuring an unforgettable safari adventure.

Day 4 Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire National Park

Today, embark on an exhilarating game drive within the Ngorongoro Crater, surrounded by its impressive 600-meter (2000-foot) crater wall. Renowned for its abundant wildlife, the crater offers exceptional game viewing opportunities throughout the year. Predators are often easily sighted in the morning, and you may have the chance to encounter the elusive black rhinoceros along with other members of the Big 5. Later in the afternoon, depart for Kilimanjaro International Airport for your return flight home.

Day 5 Tarangire National Park - Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)

Today, embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park, known for its abundant elephant populations and majestic baobab trees. Upon arrival, engage in an exciting game drive, exploring the park's varied landscapes of grasslands, acacia forests, and the vital Tarangire River. Keep a lookout for elephants wandering among the baobabs, as well as lions, leopards, and numerous bird species thriving in this vibrant environment. Later, head to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your return flight home
