Day 1 Stone Town Exploration

Pick-up from your hotel in the heart of Stone Town, ready for a rich cultural immersion. Begin a guided walking tour of Stone Town, exploring its narrow alleys, historic forts, bustling markets, and Swahili architecture. Learn about the island’s fascinating Arab, European, and Swahili history while taking memorable photos. At midday, enjoy a delicious Swahili lunch at a local restaurant. Spend the afternoon visiting artisan shops, discovering local crafts, and sampling tropical fruits. Capture the vibrant energy of Stone Town as the day winds down. Day 2 Prison Island & Spice Plantation

After breakfast, take a boat to Prison Island, home to giant tortoises and surrounded by turquoise waters. Explore the island and learn about its colonial and slave-trade history. Return to Zanzibar’s mainland for a visit to a spice plantation, where you can see, smell, and taste exotic spices that define the island’s culinary heritage.
