Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Moshi to the Usambara Mountains. Upon arrival in Lushoto, check in at Usambara View Lodge, a charming eco-lodge nestled among rolling hills. After lunch, take a guided walk through nearby villages and farmland to interact with locals, learn about traditional farming practices, and experience the friendly culture. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding valleys as you walk along forest trails. In the evening, relax at the Usambara View lodge with dinner and admire the misty mountains at sunset.

This moderate hike leads to beautiful waterfalls, dense forest sections, and viewpoints offering breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding highlands. Spot endemic birds, colorful butterflies, and unique plant species along the way. Stop for a picnic lunch near a waterfall and enjoy a refreshing swim if the weather allows. After the hike, return to Usambara View Lodge in the late afternoon for relaxation and dinner.
