Day to day description

Arrival Pre safari

On this day, no activities are scheduled with us, as it is designated for your arrival or pre-safari transit. You will spend the day at your arrival hotel or in transit, depending on your travel arrangements.

Day 1 Stone Town & Sunset viewing

Start your day with a Stone Town tour. A Stone Town is famous for its rich culture, historic buildings, and lively streets filled with local markets and spice shops. During the day, you will explore the narrow alleys, visit the old slave market, discover the House of Wonders, and enjoy traditional Swahili cuisine at local cafés. The town also offers shopping for handmade crafts, antiques, and colorful fabrics while experiencing the blend of Arab, Persian, and African influences. In the afternoon, relax along the seafront and enjoy the cool ocean breeze while observing local life. Stone Town becomes especially beautiful at sunset, when the sky turns orange and golden over the waterfront near Forodhani Gardens. Watching the sunset while enjoying fresh seafood and the evening atmosphere is one of the most memorable experiences in Zanzibar. Drive to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 Spice Plantations & Swahili Cooking

After breakfast, visit a spice plantation to learn about Zanzibar’s aromatic spices, tasting and smelling cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and more. Explore the plantation with a knowledgeable guide and understand how spices shaped the island’s history. At midday, enjoy a traditional Swahili lunch prepared with fresh spices.
