The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, hippos, and rich birdlife. Its dramatic backdrop of the Great Rift Valley escarpment makes it one of the most scenic parks in Tanzania. Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of Africa’s greatest natural wonders. The crater floor supports a dense population of wildlife, including the Big Five, with excellent chances of spotting the rare black rhino. Arrival Kilimanjaro International Airport - Arusha Town

Today you arrive directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (time and flight to be confirmed) and you will be transferred to your pre-safari lodge in Arusha.

Day 1 Arusha Town - Tarangire National Park

Today, pick up from the hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Upon arrival, dive into a thrilling game drive, exploring the park's diverse landscapes of savannah, acacia woodlands, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants ambling amidst the baobabs, as well as lions, leopards, and a myriad of bird species, all thriving in this rich ecosystem. Late drive to your lodge near Manyara National Park for a Dinner & Overnight.

Day 2 Mto Wa Mbu - Lake Manyara National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Crater)

Today, after breakfast at your Lodge you will be picked up and begin a thrilling adventure in Lake Manyara National Park, a diverse environment nestled around a salty lake. This small park is like a miniature version of East African landscapes, with forests, plains, cliffs, and woodlands. Look out for the many animals, such as elephants, giraffes, hippos, and different birds. The park is famous for its rare sight of lions climbing trees. After a full day game drive to Karatu for a Dinner & Overnight.

Day 3 Ngorongoro Crater - Kilimanjaro International Airport

Today, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your game drive on the caldera floor against a spectacular 600m (2000ft) crater wall. The Ngorongoro Crater has a great density of wildlife and is superb for game viewing almost all year round. Predators are usually easily spotted here in the morning, and you may encounter the elusive black Rhino as well as many of the big 5. Later in the late afternoon, drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will fly back home or fly to Zanzibar Island.
