Day to day description

Arrival Kilimanjaro International Airport - Arusha Town

Today you arrive directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (time and flight to be confirmed) and will be transferred to your pre-safari lodge in Arusha or Moshi

Day 1 Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park - Lake Eyasi

Today you will be picked from your pre-safari lodge in Arusha and begin a thrilling adventure in Lake Manyara National Park, a diverse environment nestled around a salty lake. This small park is like a miniature version of East African landscapes, with forests, plains, cliffs, and woodlands. Look out for the many animals, such as elephants, giraffes, hippos, and different birds. The park is famous for its rare sight of lions climbing trees. Later drive after your game drive starts your journey to Lake Eyasi where you will have a Dinner & Overnight.

Day 2 Lake Eyasi - Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Crater)

Today you start early on a cultural tour to Lake Eyasi, delving into the unique lifestyles of the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. With the Hadzabe, one of East Africa's last hunter-gatherer tribes, learn about their hunting techniques and simple, nature-connected way of life. Experience the Datoga tribe's semi-nomadic culture, observing their skilled blacksmithing, producing arrows and tools. Engage in activities like traditional dances, archery, and hunting techniques education. Surrounded by Lake Eyasi's wild beauty, this tour offers a profound insight into the tribes' sustainable and harmonious existence with nature. Later drive to Ngorongoro crater for a dinner & overnight.

Day 3 Ngorongoro Crater - Kilimanjaro International Airport

Today, you'll journey into the Ngorongoro Crater for your safari expedition on the floor of the crater, framed by an impressive 600-meter (2000-foot) crater wall. This area is renowned for its abundant wildlife, making it an excellent spot for observing animals throughout the year. Predators are often seen in the morning, and you might have the chance to see the elusive black rhinoceros along with other members of the Big Five. Later in the afternoon, you'll drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.
